Wil jij werken met mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en een intensieve ondersteuningsvraag? Jij brengt rust, structuur en aandacht, ook wanneer gedrag of zorg complex is. Als begeleider bij Severinus in Veldhoven maak jij iedere dag zichtbaar verschil in het leven van cliënten. Jouw rol Als begeleider werk je op onze woonlocaties in Veldhoven. Hier ondersteun je cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking die extra begeleiding, verzorging of nabijheid nodig hebben in het dagelijks leven. Afhankelijk van de locatie bied je begeleiding aan cliënten met gedragsmatige, lichamelijke of intensieve ondersteuningsvragen. De ondersteuningsvragen verschillen per cliënt. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag autisme of prikkelgevoeligheid lichamelijke beperkingen of ouder wordende cliënten behoefte aan structuur, veiligheid en voorspelbaarheid intensieve begeleiding in contact, communicatie of dagelijkse verzorging Je kijkt verder dan gedrag alleen. Je probeert te begrijpen wat iemand nodig heeft en speelt daarop in met rust, aandacht en duidelijke begeleiding. Samen met collega’s zorg je voor een veilige, stabiele en vertrouwde woonomgeving waarin cliënten zich gezien en begrepen voelen. Gewenste ervaring, opleiding en vaardigheden Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in zorg of welzijn (bijvoorbeeld MMZ, Verzorgende IG of Begeleider Maatschappelijke Zorg). Ervaring binnen de gehandicaptenzorg, intensieve zorg, GGZ, ouderenzorg of jeugdzorg is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw houding en motivatie vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt goed rust bewaren in uitdagende situaties. Hier ga je werken Bij Severinus in Veldhoven werk je met cliënten met een intensieve ondersteuningsvraag, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van gedrag, verzorging of complexe begeleiding. De cliënten wonen in kleinschalige woonhuizen die verspreid liggen door de wijken van Veldhoven. Per woning wonen doorgaans 8

tot 16 cliënten met vergelijkbare ondersteuningsvragen, zodat begeleiding en zorg goed op elkaar kunnen worden afgestemd. Tijdens een persoonlijk gesprek kijken we samen welke doelgroep, zorgvraag en woonlocatie het beste aansluiten bij jouw ervaring, kwaliteiten en voorkeuren. Ons aanbod Een salaris tussen € 2.893,- en € 3.902,- (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 40, o.b.v. 36 uur). Een vergoeding voor onregelmatige diensten. Een contract voor 8 tot 36 uur per week. Je ontvangt 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar (o.b.v. 36 uur) en de mogelijkheid om jaarlijks max. 7 extra dagen balansverlof te kopen. Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,22 per km vanaf 0 km. Goede pensioenregeling via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn (50% premie betaald door Severinus).
