Begeleider Intensieve Zorg Ben jij een begeleider die zorgt voor overzicht en en structuur? Als begeleider op Jupiterhof speel jij een belangrijke rol in het leven van de cliënten. Jij stimuleert hun zelfstandigheid en zorgt ervoor dat ze zoveel mogelijk zelf kunnen doen. Met jouw ervaring herken je veranderingen in gedrag en weet je precies hoe je daarop moet inspelen. Zo draag je bij aan een vertrouwde en veilige thuishaven voor de clienten. Begeleider Intensieve Zorg, Huis ter Heide (nabij Zeist) 24-32 uur | Salaris tot €3.902,- Jupiterhof biedt een thuis aan 24 cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking, autisme, complexe gedragsproblematiek en psychiatrische stoornissen. Samen met een betrokken team help je de cliënten bij het behouden en ontwikkelen van hun vaardigheden, zowel binnen de woning als tijdens activiteiten daarbuiten. Zo maak jij iedere dag écht het verschil. Als begeleider bied je structuur en overzicht in het dagelijks leven. Je schakelt natuurlijk tussen verschillende cliënten en weet steeds aan te sluiten bij hun behoefte. Juist deze combinatie maakt jouw werk afwisselend. Je werkt vanuit de Triple-C methodiek. Iedere cliënt heeft een eigen verhaal. Samen met je collega's zorgen jullie voor een veilige, betekenisvolle en fijne woonomgeving waarin cliënten zich kunnen ontwikkelen op hun eigen manier. Wat ga je doen? - Begeleiden en structuur bieden van/aan cliënten in het dagelijks leven. - Ondersteunen bij ADL zorg en persoonlijke verzorging. - Signaleren van spanning en voorkomen van escalaties. - Stimuleren van zelfstandigheid en persoonlijke groei. - Samenwerken met collega's om de best passende zorg te bieden Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal een mbo 4 diploma, zoals Maatschappelijke Zorg, Verpleegkunde of Social Work. - Je hebt affiniteit met cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en autisme. - Je bent rustig, flexibel en staat stevig in je schoenen. - Je werkt graag samen en blijft jezelf ontwikke...
