Vereisten Dit ga je doen Als begeleider bied je dagelijkse ondersteuning in de begeleiding en verzorging van onze bewoners. Je draagt bij aan een voorspelbare dag voor jongvolwassenen met autisme en normale begaafdheid. Je gaat voor het alledaags geluk van onze bewoners en jezelf! Ook: - Lever je een bijdrage aan het opstellen van het zorg plan (Mijn Plan); - Voer je alle werkzaamheden en afspraken uit die voortvloeien uit het vastgestelde Mijn Plan; - Stimuleer je bewoners deel te nemen aan activiteiten en signaleer je bijzonderheden; - Werk je samen met de betrokkenen uit het sociale netwerk van de bewoners; - Lever je een bijdrage aan de regeltaken en ben je daarmee medeverantwoordelijk voor de teamresultaten. Wat breng je mee Jij doet in uitdagende situaties juist een stap vooruit in plaats van achteruit en bent duidelijk, rustig en betrokken. Je ziet de uitdaging om met onze bewoners met autisme en normale begaafdheid te werken. Je bent proactief en weet bewoners te motiveren en ze de voorspelbaarheid te bieden waar ze behoefte aan hebben. Je kijkt kritisch naar jezelf en anderen, waardoor je in veel gevallen begrijpt waar een bepaald gedrag en gevoel vandaan komt. Je bent open en toegankelijk in je communicatie, weet op een prettige manier feedback te geven én te ontvangen en draagt actief bij aan een fijne samenwerking. Dankzij je warme persoonlijkheid leg je gemakkelijk contact met collega's en bewoners en weet je snel een vertrouwensband op te bouwen.
