Zij hebben behoefte aan duidelijkheid, vertrouwde gezichten en een veilige omgeving waarin zij zichzelf kunnen zijn. Samen genieten zij van de kleine dingen die het leven mooi maken: een wandeling, samen bakken, creatief bezig zijn of gezelligheid in de woonkamer. Door jouw begeleiding ervaren zij rust, vertrouwen en dagelijks plezier. Jouw baan als Begeleider _ongvolwassenen Gehandicaptenzorg | 28-32 uur Als begeleider in de gehandicaptenzorg zorg jij voor een stabiele, veilige en prettige woonomgeving. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en helpt hen zoveel mogelijk regie over hun leven te houden. Je begeleidt bij activiteiten zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. Daarnaast bied je structuur en voorspelbaarheid, waardoor cliënten zich veilig voelen en kunnen groeien binnen hun mogelijkheden. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het team. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, onderhoudt contact met ouders en verwanten en draagt bij aan een goede afstemming rondom de begeleiding. Waar nodig neem je coördinerende taken op je en ondersteun je collega's in de dagelijkse praktijk. Door jouw betrokkenheid voelen cliënten zich gezien, begrepen en gewaardeerd. Dat merk je terug in hun ontwikkeling, vertrouwen en de oprechte waardering die je van hen ontvangt. oog voor individuele ondersteuningsbehoeften Warmte, structuur en duidelijkheid in de begeleiding Wat krijg je van ons Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.420 - € 3.980 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 30/35/40), afhankelijk van de functie waarin je aan het werk gaat Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg (28 - 32 uur per week) Ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een fijne woon- en werkomgeving Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sport abonnement. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
