Jij bent In het bezit van een relevante zorgopleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 3, zoals Verzorgende IG,SPW, Begeleider Maatschappelijke Zorg of vergelijkbaar. Een betrokken begeleider die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Bekend met jongeren met een verstandelijke beperking en complexe ondersteuningsvragen. Sterk in het aanbrengen van structuur, duidelijkheid en veiligheid. Flexibel, geduldig en in staat om goed aan te sluiten bij de ondersteuningsvraag van de jongere. Een fijne collega die graag samenwerkt binnen een team.

Voor locatie Argusvlinder 6a in Meppel zoeken wij een Begeleider Kind & Jeugd met een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal niveau 4 en ervaring binnen de gehandicaptenzorg en/of complexe zorg.

Op Argusvlinder 6a wonen jongeren tussen de 15 en 21 jaar die doorstromen vanuit andere kind- en jeugdlocaties van Vanboeijen. De jongeren functioneren op een matig tot ernstig verstandelijk beperkt niveau en hebben daarnaast vaak te maken met bijkomende problematiek.

De bewoners hebben een hoge tot zeer hoge ondersteuningsbehoefte. Zij hebben begeleiding nodig op vrijwel alle levensgebieden, waarbij structuur, duidelijkheid en voorspelbaarheid essentieel zijn. Tegelijkertijd ligt de focus op ontwikkeling: samen werken we aan het vergroten van vaardigheden en zelfstandigheid, zodat jongeren kunnen doorgroeien naar een passende woonplek binnen de volwassenenzorg.
