Samen zorg je voor kleine én grote successen. Op De Ster in Utrecht draag jij bij aan een bijzondere dag, elke dag. 3 Redenen waarom dit jouw baan is - Je geniet van werken met kinderen die nét dat beetje extra aandacht nodig hebben Dit zijn kinderen met een verstandelijke beperking en op sommige groepen ook een lichamelijke beperking. Samen zet je kleine stapjes richting hun ontwikkeling. - Je houdt van afwisseling en bent flexibel inzetbaar We hebben op meerdere groepen diensten vrij dus je wordt ingezet op de 5 verschillende groepen op deze locatie. In die toekomst is een vaste groep zeker mogelijk. - Je bent een teamspeler met een warm hart én een stevige basis Samen met collega's bouw je aan een veilige omgeving waarin kinderen zich gezien en gehoord voelen. En ja, dat zorgdiploma niveau3 heb jij natuurlijk gewoon in de pocket. Heb je een propedeuse Social Work? Dan kun je ook als begeleider werken. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de kinderopvang met een pedagogisch diploma? Dan ben je ook inzetbaar als begeleider. Twijfel je? Stuur een bericht met je CV en dan kijken we samen naar de mogelijkheden. Daarnaast verdien jij: - Direct een vast contract (met twee maanden proeftijd) voor 16-32 uur per week. - Een bruto salaris tussen € 2.597 en € 3.635 per maand (cao Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 35, o.b.v. 36 uur per week). - 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw. - Flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden . Je kunt een deel van je arbeidsvoorwaarden naar wens inzetten, bijvoorbeeld voor een laptop, sportabonnement, (lease)fiets...
