Beknopte jobinhoud

Je staat in voor het onthaal en de opvang van kinderen tussen 0 en 4 jaar. Vanuit een ondersteunende en verzorgende rol garandeer je het welbevinden en de veiligheid van de kinderen aanwezig in het kinderdagverblijf.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdagingen:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse begeleiding en verzorging van kinderen van 0 tot 4 jaar.
  • Je garandeert het welbevinden en de veiligheid van de kinderen.
  • Je bereidt activiteiten voor de kinderen voor en werkt deze uit met het oog op het stimuleren van de ontwikkeling van de kinderen.

Je zorgt voor een correcte uitwisseling van informatie tussen kinderen, ouders en collega’s.

Jij...

  • kan een attest goed gedrag en zeden (model 2) voorleggen. Dit document mag maximaal 1 maand oud zijn. We adviseren je om het uittreksel op te vragen op het moment dat je wordt uitgenodigd voor het laatste selectieonderdeel. Je vernieuwt dit document om de 3 jaar en informeert je leidinggevende bij strafonderzoek/veroordeling.
  • hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs (kinderzorg) of daarmee gelijkgesteld onderwijs. Het diploma moet erkend zijn door Kind & Gezin. Indien je niet in het bezit bent van een diploma behaald in het Nederlandstalig onderwijs, dien je te beschikken over een erkend attest van kennis van de Nederlandse taal (spreken/luisteren: B1 en lezen /schrijven: A2).
  • bent in het bezit van een attest levensreddend handelen dat maximaal één jaar oud is of je neemt deel aan de opleiding om het attest te behalen voor indiensttreding.
  • werkt ontzettend graag met kinderen en houdt ervan om samen met je collega’s creatieve activiteiten voor te bereiden.
  • hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en durft zelfstandig beslissingen nemen in moeilijke situaties.
  • hebt kennis over veiligheidsvoorschriften en pedagogisch handelen.
  • bent flexibel, en dat zowel qua werkuren, jobinhoud als werklocatie. Opgelet! In één van onze kinderdagverblijven dien je ook op zaterdag te werken.
