Een enthousiaste begeleider die een actieve bijdrage levert in onze voorziening en die een pedagogisch professionele relatie wil aangaan met onze cliënten.

Dit ga je doen:

Je gaat aan de slag op Campus Sint-Rafaël bij U3. Dit is zijn drie woongroepen voor kinderen en jongeren met een matig verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende ondersteuningsnoden. Je draagt bij tot de organisatie van de woongroepen en de activiteiten voor de cliënten. De kinderen en jongeren van unit 3 houden onder andere van creatieve activiteiten en voetballen. Jij ook? Je staat ook mee in voor verschillende huishoudelijke taken waarmee je structuur biedt aan de cliënten. Je biedt zowel praktische als psychosociale ondersteuning en hebt daarbij oog voor de individuele noden van elke cliënt:Je biedt groepsgerichte ondersteuning en begeleiding en draagt actief bij aan een positief en warm zorgklimaat. Je werkt samen met ouders als parners in de begeleiding vanuit vertrouwen en verbondenheid. Daarnaast blijf je steeds de persoon achter het gedrag zien en respecteren, en plaats je gedrag in een context van emotioneel welbevinden en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. Zo draag je bij aan zorg op maat, waarbij elke cliënt kansen krijgt om te groeien. Je hebt een sociaal-agogisch (mensgericht) diploma of je kan relevante werkervaring voorleggen
