Kinderopvang Het Engeltje zoekt naar een gemotiveerde en gekwalificeerde kindbegeleid(st)er om ons team te versterken. Als je het leuk vindt om in een kleine opvang te werken en je houdt van verhalen te lezen, liedjes te zingen, buiten te spelen en creatief bezig te zijn, uitstapjes te doen , dan is dit de baan voor jou.

Essentiele taken en verantwoordelijkheden zien er als volgt uit:

  • Waardeer de missie en visie van de kinderopvang om gezinnen te vervelkomen en ondersteunen ongeacht hun achtergrond, afkomst, familiestructuur,
  • De opvang is open van 7u tem 18u. Je kan starten om 7u 's morgens en sluiten om 18u.
  • Je staat in voor het realiseren van een pedagogisch verantwoorde, veilige en kwalitatieve kinderopvang waar kinderen maximale ontwikkelings- en ontplooiingskansen krijgen.
  • Je organiseert diverse activiteiten aangepast aan de ontwikkelingsnoden en zorgbehoeften van de kindjes. Je neemt hen op een enthousiaste manier mee op ontdekkingsreis met een breed aanbod aan buitenspeelactiviteiten. Je legt steeds de focus op de zelfstandigheid van het kind.
  • Je omringt én verzorgt de kindjes met veel liefde en besteedt voldoende aandacht aan zowel troost- als knuffelmomenten. Dankzij jou verlopen eetmomenten vlot én gezellig. Je reageert en pas je je aan de uitlopende behoeften van de kinderen
  • Ochtendkring, verzorgings- en slaapmomenten vormen belangrijke rituelen die onze kindjes voorspelbaarheid geven. Als kinderbegeleider speel je hier flexibel mee om. Je observeert de ontwikkeling van de kinderen waarop je jouw aanpak afstemt. Je volgt de otwikkeling van het kind via Ziko-Vo. Je draagt bij tot de kwaliteit van de algemene werking via MeMoQ .
  • Het (dagelijks) contact met ouders geeft je heel wat energie. Je geeft feedback over hun kind en je vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen. Nieuwe ouders geef je een warme rondleiding in de kinderopvang bovendien zorg je voor aangename wenmomenten met het kind. Wees een hulpbron voor gezinnen bij het ontwikkelen van inzicht in de ontwikkeling van kinderen.
  • Met je collega’s vorm je een sterk en hecht team.Je werkt in beide locaties. Naast ondersteuning geef je ook feedback aan elkaar waarbij open communicatie centraal staat. Je deelt tips en ideeën met je team en je denkt mee na over verbetervoorstellen m.b.t. de werking van onze kinderopvang.
  • Je kan ge opvang ruimtes gezellig inrichten en onderhouden
  • Je staat in voor veiligheid en hygiëne
  • Je borgt de werking ( zorg voor kwaliteit . opbouwen eigen deskundigheid ...)
  • Je bent bereid om de 15 basiscompetenties van een kindbegeleider aan te scherpen.

Als kinderbegeleider groepsopvang beschik je over volgende attesten:

  • een uittreksel uit het strafregister (‘model 2’)
  • een attest medische geschiktheid
  • een attest kennis levensreddend handelen
  • een attest kennis Nederlands B1 spreken/luisteren A2 lezen/schrijven

  • Werkervaring gelijkgesteld met een bepaald diploma via een officieel attest van Kind & Gezin is ook voldoende. (TZA2018KB)
