The posting

We zoeken een kinderbegeleider voor een deeltijdse tewerkstelling (24u) verspreid over 3 dagen. Je zal werken van ma tot woe of van woe tot vrij in de shift van 08.30 tot 17.30u afwisselend met de shift van 09u tot 18u. Je zal samen met andere collega's instaan voor de verzorging van een 14- tal kinderen.

  • Je bezit een erkend diploma dat volledig voldoet aan de voorwaarden van Kind en Gezin.
  • Je beschikt over een attest levensreddend handelen of bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Je legt een blanco strafregister model twee voor om de veiligheid van de kinderen te garanderen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en schrift voor een vlekkeloze administratie.
  • Je verplaatst je vlot naar de opvanglocatie in Antwerpen Zuid.

Als attente kinderbegeleider neem je de dagelijkse zorg en pedagogische begeleiding van de kinderen op je:

  • Verzorgen van de dagelijkse hygiëne door baby's en peuters te verschonen, te wassen en comfortabel te slapen te leggen.
  • Bereiden van gezonde voeding en het nauwkeurig toezien op een propere leefomgeving.
  • Stimuleren van de motorische en sociale vaardigheden via leeftijdsgerichte activiteiten zoals knutselen en voorlezen en spelletjes.
  • Verwelkomen van de ouders tijdens het onthaal om de dagverslagen in de boekjes transparant te bespreken.
  • Je houdt de opvolg gegevens van de kinder bij, schrijft dagverslagen in de heen en weer boekjes.
  • Communiceren op een open en eerlijke manier met collega's.
  • Je volgt de werkplanning volgens de dagelijkse routine.
