Wat moet een begeleider kinderopvang doen?

  • Je creëert een kwaliteitsvolle en stimulerende leefomgeving voor jonge kinderen van 0 tot 12 jaar.
  • Je biedt dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning op maat van elk kind.
  • Je onderhoudt vlotte en positieve contacten met ouders, collega’s en stagiairs.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een fijne sfeer binnen het team en de opvanglocatie.
  • Jouw meerwaarde voor Middelkerke
  • Veilige opvang: jij zorgt ervoor dat kinderen zich goed voelen en geborgen zijn.
  • Ondersteuning voor gezinnen: je helpt ouders werk en gezin te combineren met een gerust hart.
  • Vertrouwenspersoon: jouw betrokkenheid en open communicatie maken écht het verschil.
  • Mee-bouwer aan het beleid: je versterkt mee het lokaal kindvriendelijk beleid van Middelkerke.
  • Je gedrag is in overeenstemming met de eisen van deze functie en je geniet de burgerlijke en politieke rechten (= uittreksel strafregister).
  • Je bent medisch geschikt om de functie uit te voeren.
  • Je spreekt, begrijpt, leest en schrijft vlot de Nederlandse taal.

  • Als je bezig bent met de opleiding, kan je ook deelnemen. Je legt dan een bewijs voor van de opleiding waarvoor je ingeschreven bent. Aanstelling gebeurt pas op het moment dat je het diploma of getuigschrift behaalt.
  • Inzake flexibiliteit verwachten we van jou een flexibele opstelling m.b.t.: werktijden: je werkt tussen 6.30 uur en 19.30 uur, soms onderbroken; werken in een vast team, maar steeds bereid om in te springen bij collega’s; bereid om in functie van de noden van de dienst ook te wisselen tussen baby-peuter en schoolgaande kinderen.
