Wat doe je als begeleider? - Je begeleidt cliënten in hun dagelijks leven en ondersteunt hen bij het behouden van structuur en overzicht; - Je stimuleert zelfstandigheid en helpt cliënten bij het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden; - Je biedt nabijheid, een luisterend oor en bespreekt hulpvragen; - Je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag en schakelt waar nodig collega's of andere disciplines in; - Je rapporteert bevindingen en werkt nauw samen met collega's en persoonlijk begeleiders. Dit bieden we jou als begeleider - Salaris conform cao gehandicaptenzorg: FWG 40 (mbo-4) €2.951,- tot €3.980,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur; mbo-3 wordt ingeschaald in FWG 35; - Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris; - 144 vakantie-uren + 57 uur balansverlof (fulltime); - Wisselende diensten van 07:15 - 14:45, 08:30 - 17:30 en 14:30 - 23:45, zonder nachtdiensten; - Volop mogelijkheden voor scholing, ontwikkeling en extra personeelsvoordelen. Dit zoeken we in jou als begeleider - Je hebt een zorgdiploma op minimaal mbo-niveau 3 of 4, bijvoorbeeld Maatschappelijke Zorg of Social Work. Geen diploma? - Je hebt affiniteit met cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking, autisme en bijkomende gedrags- of psychische problematiek; - Je kunt goed luisteren, werkt vanuit vertrouwen en bouwt een waardevolle relatie op; - Je bent flexibel en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende ondersteuningsvragen; - Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar en inzetbaar binnen wisselende diensten.
