Samen met jouw collega's zorg je voor herkenbaarheid, structuur en veiligheid. Jouw rol als begeleider Je begeleidt bewoners met een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking en psychische problematiek in hun dagelijkse leven. Je zorgt voor rust, structuur en veiligheid in een prikkelarme omgeving. Dit betekent dat je: - Begeleidt in een kleinschalige woning met vaste bewoners en vaste collega's - Afstemt op gevoel en signalen, ook als de beste aanpak niet op papier staat - Ondersteunt bij persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse routines - Werkt met complexe zorgvragen, waaronder psychische problematiek en hechtingsvraagstukken - Begrenst en stuurt waar nodig, altijd vanuit relatie en gelijkwaardigheid - Samenwerkt in een multidisciplinair team en vrijwel altijd met 2 à 3 collega's op de groep - Werkt volgens de methodiek Gentle Teaching "Mijn werk voelt niet als werk, maar als een hobby. Samen plezier maken maakt dit werk zo mooi. " - Marjolein (Begeleider wonen) Dit bieden we jou - Een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd - Een salaris tot € 3.902,- bruto per maand (FWG 40) op basis van 36 uur Per 1 november 2026 ontvang je een loonsverhoging van 2% - Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Gehandicaptenzorg - 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering - 144 vakantie-uren en 57 uur balansverlof per jaar (op basis van 36 uur) - Vergoeding voor de kosten van je VOG - Een werkkostenregeling met fiscaal voordeel tot € 450,- (bijvoorbeeld voor een (elektrische) fiets) - Een introductiecursus Gentle Teaching - Ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden - Een prachtige werkomgeving midden in de natuur Dit neem je mee - Een zorggere...
