The posting

Bij Studiebox zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde begeleider leren leren die leerlingen uit het middelbaar onderwijs of studenten uit het hoger onderwijs wil ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van een sterke en efficiënte studieaanpak.

Als begeleider help je leerlingen of studenten om meer structuur te brengen in hun school- of studiewerk. Je leert hen hoe ze een haalbare planning kunnen opstellen, grotere hoeveelheden leerstof kunnen verwerken en zich doelgericht kunnen voorbereiden op toetsen en examens.

De begeleiding vertrekt steeds vanuit de eigen cursussen, planning en moeilijkheden van de leerling of student. Je bekijkt samen welke aanpak het beste werkt en ondersteunt onder andere bij studiemethode, actief leren, herhalen, hoofd- en bijzaken onderscheiden, concentratie, motivatie, uitstelgedrag en zelfcontrole.

Het doel is om leerlingen en studenten stap voor stap zelfstandiger te leren werken en hen meer vertrouwen te geven in hun eigen studieaanpak.

Je hoeft niet voor elk vak inhoudelijke kennis te hebben. De nadruk ligt bij leren leren vooral op het leerproces en het aanleren van goede studiegewoontes.

Een achtergrond in onderwijs, psychologie, pedagogie, orthopedagogie of een andere menswetenschappelijke richting is een mooie meerwaarde. Ook andere profielen met ervaring in het begeleiden van jongeren of studenten en een sterke interesse in leren en studeren komen zeker in aanmerking.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs of bent bezig met een relevante opleiding
  • Je hebt een sterke basis in studievaardigheden, planning en leerstrategieën
  • Je kan leerstof structureren en op een duidelijke manier overbrengen
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bent stipt en betrouwbaar in het nakomen van afspraken
  • Je hebt een positieve en motiverende houding tegenover leerlingen en studenten
  • Je kan inspelen op verschillende leerstijlen en niveaus
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan helder feedback geven
  • Je hebt affiniteit met jongeren en onderwijs
