Vind je het mooi om begeleiding te combineren met persoonlijke verzorging en krijg jij energie van werken in een klein team waarin je verantwoordelijkheid kunt nemen? Dan is dit jouw kans! Op de Blexterstraat in IJsselmuiden begeleid en verzorg je ouder wordende bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. Je biedt nabijheid, duidelijkheid en ondersteuning waar dat nodig is, maar stimuleert bewoners ook om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist jouw initiatief maakt binnen dit kleine team het verschil. Jouw werkplek Je komt te werken op de Blexterstraat in IJsselmuiden, een kleinschalige woonlocatie van Philadelphia Zorg. Op de locatie wonen 23 bewoners, verdeeld over vier groepen. De groepen verschillen in samenstelling en zorgvraag. Voor deze vacature zoeken we een begeleider voor team A, waar voornamelijk ouder wordende bewoners wonen met een relatief hoge zorgvraag. Binnen team A ligt de nadruk op nabijheid en directe zorg. Je ondersteunt bewoners bijvoorbeeld bij het wassen, douchen, aankleden, tandenpoetsen en de toiletgang. Daarbij kijk je altijd eerst naar wat iemand zelf kan. Waar nodig neem je de zorg tijdelijk of gedeeltelijk over. Begeleiden en verzorgen gaan hier dan ook hand in hand. Je werkt in een klein team waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Juist omdat het team kleinschalig is, is het belangrijk dat je zelfstandig kunt werken, initiatief neemt en collega's weet te vinden wanneer dat nodig is.
