Wij zoeken jou! Ben jij een begeleider die op zoek is naar een tijdelijke uitdaging waar je écht van betekenis kunt zijn? Voor een fijne GHZ-locatie in Wijk bij Duurstede zoeken wij iemand die met zijn of haar ervaring het team tijdelijk komt versterken.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken op een gezellige en kleinschalige woonlocatie in Wijk bij Duurstede. Hier wonen cliënten met een verstandelijke en/of een lichamelijke beperking die intensieve begeleiding en zorg nodig hebben. Het team is hecht, professioneel en altijd bereid elkaar te helpen. Samen zorg je voor een warme en veilige leefomgeving, waarin de bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen.

Wat ga je doen? Je gaat aan de slag op een woonlocatie waar bewoners intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben. Je ondersteunt hen in de dagelijkse zorg en geeft hen een veilige en stabiele basis. Je hebt ervaring met ADL, medicatie, epilepsie en het gebruik van de tillift. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega’s om de bewoners de beste zorg te bieden. Je draait ochtend-, dag- en avonddiensten en indien mogelijk in vakanties ook nachtdiensten.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde zorgopleiding op niveau 3, zoals MMZ of Verzorgende IG; - Je hebt ervaring met de VG-doelgroep en kennis van hechtingsproblematiek, epilepsie en autisme is een pré; - Communicatief ben je sterk, je werkt graag samen en weet mensen met elkaar te verbinden; - Minimaal 16 uur beschikbaar; - Je hebt ervaring met complexe zorgsituaties en schakelt moeiteloos tussen begeleiden en verzorgen; - Je bent flexibel, benaderbaar en hebt een groot hart voor de bewoners.
