Ben jij een doorzetter die verder kijkt dan gedrag? Op Oude Rijnlaan 2 begeleid je bewoners met een ernstige tot matige verstandelijke beperking en psychiatrische problematiek of trauma. Samen met je collega's zoek je naar de vraag achter het gedrag en bied je ondersteuning die aansluit bij wat de bewoner nodig heeft. Wie zijn wij Wij zijn zes bewoners met een ernstige tot matige verstandelijke beperking. Daarnaast hebben wij psychiatrische problematieken en/of trauma's. Hierdoor kan de wereld voor ons soms lastig en beangstigend zijn. Omdat wij dit niet tot nauwelijks verbaal kunnen uiten, vertaalt dit zich regelmatig in moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Wij hebben een begeleider gehandicaptenzorg nodig die deze uitingen ziet als een hulpvraag. Iemand die ons ondersteunt, ons probeert te begrijpen en onvoorwaardelijk naast ons blijft staan, ook op de momenten dat het moeilijk is. Jouw baan als Begeleider MBO Als begeleider gehandicaptenzorg onderzoek je samen met collega's waar gedrag vandaan komt en wat jij kunt inzetten om de cliënt te helpen. Je kijkt naar wat bewoners nodig hebben en stemt daar jouw begeleiding op af. Omdat samenleven in een groep niet altijd eenvoudig is, bied je regelmatig één-op-één begeleiding. Je gaat bijvoorbeeld samen wandelen wanneer een bewoner behoefte heeft aan individuele aandacht en rust. Overdag geef je invulling aan dagbesteding volgens het workhome-principe. Daarnaast ondersteun je bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging en ADL-ondersteuning, begeleid je hen volgens het zorgplan en bied je activiteiten die gericht zijn op rust, ontwikkeling en plezier. Ook voer je huishoudelijke en administratieve werkzaamheden uit en ondersteun je de persoonlijk begeleider bij de uitvoering van de zorg. Jouw profiel Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding in de zorg op minimaal mbo 3-niveau of een

opleiding Sport en Bewegen op mbo 4- of hbo-niveau; Je kunt reflecteren op je eigen handelen; Je durft feedback te geven én te ontvangen; Je begeleidt cliënten vanuit een warme en begripvolle benadering. Wat krijg je van ons Door de intensieve begeleiding ligt het bruto maandsalaris een schaal hoger dan de standaard, tussen € 2.951 - € 3.980 op basis van 36 uur, conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 40) Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg (24-36 uur per week) Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten. Daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
