Dan hebben wij bij Oude Rijnlaan 5 dé vacature voor jou! Wij zoeken een begeleider die stevig in zijn/ haar schoenen staat. Wie zijn wij Op de Oude Rijnlaan 5 wonen 8 bewoners tussen de 30 en 71 jaar. Zij hebben behoefte aan duidelijkheid, warmte, rust, structuur en vragen een stevige begeleidingswijze. Dit houdt in dat wat je zegt je ook daadwerkelijk doet. Daarnaast heeft een aantal van de bewoners ondersteuning/begeleiding nodig in hun adl en vrijetijdsbesteding. De meeste bewoners gaan overdag naar de dagbesteding. Als er cliënten thuis zijn bieden we vanuit de woning activiteiten aan. Op Oude Rijnlaan 5 streven we naar een veilige en huiselijke sfeer voor al onze bewoners, waarbij een ieder zich gewaardeerd voelt en kan ontwikkelen en functioneren op zijn of haar eigen manier. De begeleiders zijn er om de bewoners te ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse activiteiten, maar ook als ze het moeilijk hebben en/of als ze de wereld om hen heen even niet begrijpen. Als begeleider blijf je 'naast' hen staan, je begeleidt ze hierbij en pakt daarna het programma weer op. Jouw baan als Begeleider mbo3 Als begeleider mbo3 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn van de bewoners. Je biedt dagelijks persoonlijke verzorging, begeleiding en voert verzorgende taken uit. Daarnaast signaleer je bijzonderheden, verricht je huishoudelijke en administratieve taken, ben je het ''aanspreekpunt'' voor familie en naasten en werk je nauw samen met de begeleiders D. Jouw profiel Jij: hebt een zorg gerelateerde opleiding op minimaal mbo3 niveau; beschikt over een gezonde dosis humor; kunt duidelijkheid en structuur bieden. Wat krijg je van ons E

bruto maandsalaris van € 2.597 – € 3.635 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 35) Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg (16-36 uur per week) Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
