Vind je het fijn om in een hecht, gezellig en warm team te werken? Dan is Zonnesingel 23 wat voor jou! Wie zijn wij Wij zijn een woning met 8 bewoners en ieder weekend komt een loge. De _eeftijd van de bewoners is tussen de 35 en 60 jaar oud en ze zijn allemaal ernstig lichamelijk verstandelijk beperkt (EMVB). Onze bewoners kunnen niet met woorden ons iets duidelijk maken. Daarom moet je goed naar ze kijken. Ze kunnen door non-verbale communicatie en geluiden ons wel veel vertellen. Het is een mooie uitdaging om klein te kijken. Overdag gaat een deel van de bewoners naar de dagbesteding en het andere deel blijft thuis. Wij geven vanuit huis ook dagbesteding. We vinden het fijn om de bewoners een leuke dag te bieden door middel van verschillende kleine activiteiten. Vaak gaan we wandelen, fietsen en betrekken we ze bij verschillende huishoudelijke taken. Wij werken met de LACCS-methode. Dit betekent dat wij cliënt gericht werken en de zorg specifiek afgestemd is op iedere bewoner. Jouw baan als Begeleider mbo3 EMB Als begeleider C (mbo3) begeleid en verzorg je de bewoners. Je werkt samen met je collega's en bent onderdeel van het team. Je krijgt een eigen taak en bent verantwoordelijk voor de bewoners in jouw dienst. Een goede en huiselijke sfeer vinden wij erg belangrijk, dit maakt de dag voor onze bewoners. Die sfeer maak je samen met je collega, waar je een groot deel van de dienst samen mee werkt. We vinden het fijn om met elkaar te overleggen, want samenwerken is belangrijk. Jouw profiel Je: hebt minimaal een relevante afgeronde mbo-niveau 3 opleiding zoals VIG; bent flexibel, enthousiast en een harde werker; bent iemand die wil blijven leren en ontwikkelen; bent iemand die het fijn vindt om voor anderen te zorgen, waarbij je deels volledige ADL-taken overneemt en deels ondersteuning biedt om de eigen mogelijkheden van de ander te stimuleren en te behouden; kunt zowel alleen als in teamverband werken. Wat krijg je van ons Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.649 - €

3.708 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 35) Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg (24 uur per week) Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid.
