The posting

Je ondersteunt bewoners samen met je collegas op alle levensdomeinen. De zorg is intensief en vraagt om structuur, rust en voorspelbaarheid. Je bied ADL-ondersteuning en werkt met bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking, autisme en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Jij bent zichtbaar, betrouwbaar en onvoorwaardelijk aanwezig.

Je werkt voornamelijk in de groep, maar schakelt wanneer nodig naar 1-op-1 begeleiding. Met behulp van duidelijke dagschemas, pictogrammen en vaste structuren biedt je houvast. Je gaat mee naar dagbesteding binnen en buiten de woning, waardoor je lange, betekenisvolle diensten draait. Tijdens je dienst draag je een pieper en sta je klaar voor je collegas bij spanning of escalaties samen sta je sterk.

Dit is een plek waar je écht het verschil maakt. Het werk is uitdagend en geen dag is hetzelfde. Bewoners kunnen je testen met gedrag zoals gooien, schoppen of slaan. Jij blijft rustig, kijkt achter het gedrag en laat zien dat je er bent, juist op de moeilijke momenten. Je leert signalen herkennen, werkt de-escalerend en blijft staan, ook als het spannend wordt. Met humor en duidelijkheid bouw je aan vertrouwen.

Je komt in een team dat nog in ontwikkeling is. Juist daarom is jouw rol belangrijk. Je denkt mee, bouwt mee en hebt invloed op hoe het werk eruitziet. Je staat er nooit alleen voor en samenwerking is de basis. Samen leren, elkaar ondersteunen en stap voor stap bouwen aan een sterk team, dat is waar het hier om draait.

Voor onze woonlocatie Middenweg 22 J-U in Assen zijn wij op zoek naar begeleiders die willen werken binnen het moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG)/ complexe zorg. Het betreft een locatie waar nog veel opgebouwd wordt: een team in ontwikkeling, veranderingen in de bewonersgroep en volop ruimte om samen te bouwen aan stabiliteit en kwaliteit.
