Ben je gepassioneerd over begeleiding en autisme? We hebben jou nodig om cliënten met een matige verstandelijke beperking en autisme te ondersteunen. Wie zijn wij Wij zijn cliënten met een matig verstandelijke beperking (mvb), waarbij velen ook autisme hebben, en ontvangen 24-uurszorg. Voor mensen met een autismespectrumstoornis (ASS) is de wereld vaak onduidelijk, onoverzichtelijk en vol met ondoorgrondelijke sociale regels. We kunnen je wellicht verrassen met onze woordenschat, maar moeten toegeven dat we niet alles altijd begrijpen. We hebben structuur, duidelijkheid en begeleiding nodig die samen met ons kijkt naar wat we zelf kunnen, waar we ondersteuning bij nodig hebben, en die indien nodig de zorg op zich neemt. Wij wonen op Lauwers 1/ Robbengat 20 in Nootdorp. Overdag gaan we (deeltijd) naar werk of dagbesteding. In onze vrije tijd genieten we van activiteitenclubjes, onderlinge contacten, naar muziek luisteren, gezellig kletsen, tv kijken, enzovoort. Jouw baan als Begeleider MVB| Autismezorg| 16-24 uur Als begeleider MVB vervul je een belangrijke rol in het leven van de bewoners. Tijdens je slaapdienst draag je zelfstandig de verantwoordelijkheid voor 6 cliënten. Je stelt prioriteiten en neemt beslissingen om hun welzijn en zelfstandigheid te bevorderen. Je biedt ondersteuning, begeleiding, structuur en duidelijkheid. Ook bied je nabijheid en ben je er voor emotionele steun wanneer zij situaties of elkaar niet goed begrijpen en dit niet goed kunnen verwoorden, wat zich kan uiten in verbale weerstand. Daarnaast leg je als begeleider mvb met een mbo4 diploma hun wensen en zorgvragen vast in het zorgplan en stem je af met andere betrokkenen. Je coördineert de zorg en coacht je collega's bij de uitvoering ervan. Door de diversiteit aan zorg- en begeleidingsvragen is

werk afwisselend, uitdagend en elke dag boeiend. Jouw profiel Als begeleider MVB: heb je een relevante afgeronde zorgopleiding op minimaal mbo4, zoals BMZ, Sociaal Werker of PBGZ; ben je duidelijk in je communicatie en handelen i.v.m. het begeleiden van cliënten met autisme; werk je bij voorkeur zelfstandig en ben je bereid slaapdiensten te draaien. Wat krijg je van ons Contracturen in overleg tussen 16 en 24 uur per week Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.649 - € 3.980 op basis van 36 uur, conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FWG 35/40 Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten. Daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
