Grensarbeid zoekt voor de Stichting Pergamijn een Begeleider Nachtzorg in Echt.

Durf jij de uitdaging van de nachtzorg aan? ’s Nachts is de zorg allesbehalve voorspelbaar. Het ene moment is er rust, het volgende moment vraagt een complexe situatie om jouw kalmte, lef en daadkracht.

Jij bent degene die het overzicht houdt, de-escalerend handelt en aanvoelt wanneer zorg en nabijheid nodig zijn. Sommige cliënten zijn daarbij volledig afhankelijk van jouw verzorging of verpleging, waardoor jouw rol van onschatbare waarde is in de nacht.

De ene keer sta je er zelfstandig voor op onze buitenlocaties of tijdens mobiele diensten, de andere keer werk je samen op het terrein in Echt. Daarnaast wissel je de zorg af met het bemannen van ons beluistersysteem als centralist. Dankzij moderne domotica blijft jouw werk niet alleen uitdagend, maar draag je er ook aan bij dat cliënten precies de juiste zorg krijgen op het juiste moment en op de juiste plek. En als er calamiteiten of overstijgende zaken zijn, ben jij degene die het verschil maakt.

Werken in de nachtzorg vraagt iets extra’s van je, en dat zie je ook terug in de voordelen. -Jij hebt een afgerond diploma in de zorg dat gelijkwaardig is aan een Nederlands diploma MBO niveau 3 of 4 zoals Verzorgende, Verpleegkundige of Persoonsbegeleider.

-Jij hebt ervaring in de gehandicaptenzorg, jeugdzorg, ouderenzorg en/of psychiatrie.
