Als Begeleider Nachtzorg op Laan van Kernhem zorg jij ervoor dat onze bewoners zich ook 's nachts veilig en vertrouwd voelen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Veel zorgmomenten gedurende de nacht zijn vooraf gepland en wanneer dat nodig is, kun je 24 uur per dag terugvallen op DigiContact. Wil je nachtdiensten graag combineren met werken overdag? Ook dat is mogelijk. Onze grootste behoefte ligt bij de nachtzorg, maar we kijken graag samen naar een combinatie die bij jou en de locatie past. Jouw werkplek Op Laan van Kernhem in Ede wonen 22 mensen, verdeeld over twee afdelingen: boven en beneden. De bewoners hebben verschillende zorg- en begeleidingsvragen. Beneden wonen mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (EMB). Zij hebben ondersteuning nodig bij hun dagelijkse en lichamelijke verzorging. Maar jouw werk draait hier zeker niet alleen om verzorgen. Juist het contact met bewoners is belangrijk. Een praatje maken, aandacht geven of even bewust bij iemand aanwezig zijn, kan net zo waardevol zijn als een zorgmoment. Op de bovenverdieping wonen mensen bij wie de nadruk meer ligt op intensieve begeleiding, bijvoorbeeld rondom onbegrepen gedrag. Als Begeleider Nachtzorg ben je er voor beide afdelingen. Dat vraagt dat je gemakkelijk kunt schakelen tussen verzorgen, begeleiden en persoonlijke aandacht. Wat ga je doen? Je nachtdienst loopt van 23.00 tot 07.00 uur. Aan het begin van je dienst krijg je de overdracht van je collega's uit de avonddienst. Daarna ben jij gedurende de nacht het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor de bewoners. In de ochtend draag je bijzonderheden over aan de dagdienst. Veel zorgmomenten in de nacht zijn gepland. Je weet daardoor welke bewoners op welk moment ondersteuning nodig he...
