In deze rol begeleid je Oekraïense nieuwkomers in hun dagelijkse leven en ondersteun je hen om snel hun eigen zelfredzaamheid te vergroten. Jij bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt, biedt structuur en bouwt de brug naar de lokale samenleving. Als gedreven professional binnen het sociaal domein neem je initiatief in het voeren van intakegesprekken, de registratie van nieuwe bewoners en het verstrekken van accurate informatie en advies. Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met maatschappelijke partners, onderwijs- en zorginstanties, en verwijst bewoners gericht door waar nodig. Binnen het hechte team in Domburg draag je met jouw empathische en daadkrachtige aanpak bij aan de continue leefbaarheid en veiligheid van de opvanglocatie. Functie-eisen - Een aantoonbaar afgeronde MBO niveau 4 diploma (bij voorkeur in een sociaal-agogische richting). - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar binnen woonbegeleiding en de opvang van vreemdelingen (bij voorkeur 5 jaar ervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar). - Aantoonbare ervaring met interculturele communicatie en het werken met nieuwkomers. - Ervaring met het opbouwen en onderhouden van netwerken met uiteenlopende instanties en ketenpartners. - Bereidheid om volledig op locatie te werken in Domburg (gemeente Veere).
