The posting

  • Je werkt in leefgroep K-dee met kinderen van 0 tot 6 jaar met emotionele, relationele en/of gedragsmoeilijkheden die het functioneren en/of de ontwikkeling belemmeren. Er is ruimte voor 8 residentiële opnames en 6 dagopnames.
  • Samen met de groepsleiding en therapeuten sta je in voor warme persoonsgerichte zorg waarbinnen steeds plaats is voor ieder kind. Daarbij heb je ook aandacht voor een constructieve samenwerking met de context van het kind.
  • Je staat mee in voor een positief leef- en behandelklimaat waarbinnen de kinderen zich verder kunnen ontplooien en gaat zowel individueel als in groep met de kinderen aan de slag.
  • Je observeert en begeleidt de kinderen vanuit jouw expertise en komt hiermee in teamverband tot correcte diagnostiek en een behandelplan op maat.
  • Ook sta je in voor de dagdagelijkse zorg voor de kinderen waarbij we systematisch kwalitatieve zorg op maat willen garanderen.
  • Je draagt mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor de continuïteit van de zorgverlening aan de kinderen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor of graduaat in de verpleegkunde
  • Ervaring binnen kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie en kennis van problematieken wordt als meerwaarde gezien.
  • Je werkt met het nodige engagement op een patiëntgerichte en transparante manier samen binnen het team. Hierbij neem je spontaan taken aan en volg je deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je bezit een professionele en positieve basishouding waarbinnen zelfkennis en reflectie een grote rol spelen. Hierbij hanteer je een open en eerlijke communicatie waarbij feedback steeds op een respectvolle gebeurt.
  • Je bent ondernemend waarbij je oplossingsgericht en dynamisch kan omgaan met problemen.
  • Je straat enthousiasme uit en voelt affiniteit met peuters en kleuters waarbij je je creativiteit kan inzetten als grote troef.
