Begeleider Ouderenzorg Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Begeleider Ouderenzorg (24-32 uur per week) - FWG 35 (€2.649 tot €3.708) - Amsterdam-Noord Zorg geven zoals je die zelf later zou willen ontvangen Stel je voor. Je loopt de huiskamer binnen. Iemand kijkt op, glimlacht en zegt: "Fijn dat jij er bent. " Dat is waar je het voor doet. Welkom bij Philarood in Amsterdam-Noord. Hier wonen 38 ouder wordende mensen met een verstandelijke beperking, ieder met een eigen verhaal, tempo en behoefte. De sfeer is warm, levendig en lekker Amsterdams nuchter. Op de begane grond zoeken we nieuwe collega's. Hier komt het leven letterlijk dicht bij je. Je werkt met bewoners die ouder worden en intensieve zorg nodig hebben. ADL, tilliften en medische handelingen horen bij je werk. Maar net zo goed een hand vasthouden, samen lachen of gewoon even aanwezig zijn. Dit is zorg met hart én handen. Hard werken, veel contact en samen zorgen dat bewoners zich gezien en veilig voelen. Jouw uitdaging Als Begeleider Ouderenzorg ondersteun je bewoners bij alles wat komt kijken bij ouder worden en intensieve zorg. Je helpt bij ADL, medicatie en medische handelingen waarvoor je bevoegd en bekwaam bent. Je brengt rust en beleving in de dag en sluit aan bij wat een bewoner op dat moment nodig heeft. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, verwanten en andere betrokken professionals. Je kent de bewoners goed en let op veranderingen in gedrag, gezondheid en welzijn. Je weet dat een kleine verandering soms belangrijk kan zijn en bespreekt wat je ziet met je collega's. Ouder worden betekent soms dat iemand meer zorg nodig heeft. Tegelijkertijd blijft het belangrijk om te kijken naar wat iemand zelf kan en wat voor die persoon waardevol is. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen.
