Voor het schooljaar 2026-2027 zoeken wij een halftijdse tot 4/5de medewerker voor onze leerlingenwerking: studie- en middagactiviteiten in onze vestiging in Balen en in Herentals.

Je creëert een gestructureerde, aangename en stimulerende leeromgeving voor onze leerlingen. Je staat in voor het begeleiden van studiemomenten, organiseert zinvolle middagactiviteiten en ontwikkelt pedagogisch materiaal dat leerlingen ondersteunt tijdens studiemomenten.

Jouw taken

  • Je begeleidt leerlingen tijdens studiemomenten. Je zorgt hierbij voor een rustig en positief studieklimaat. Je registreert aanwezigheden en signaleert eventuele problemen.
  • Je staat in voor de uitwerking en organisatie van laagdrempelige middagactiviteiten: sportief, creatief, cultureel, educatief. Je stimuleert leerlingeparticipatie.
  • Je ontwerpt opdrachten, werkbundels en educatieve activiteiten voor gebruik tijdens studiemomenten. Je werkt differentiatiemateriaal uit voor diverse leeftijdsgroepen.
  • Je werkt mee aan een positief schoolklimaat.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met leerkrachten, leerlingbegeleiders en coördinatoren.

Wij zoeken een collega die:

  • in het bezit is van een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs;
  • ervaring heeft binnen het secundair onderwijs;
  • een hart voor jongeren heeft;
  • nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt;
