Wie zijn wij Wij zijn ouderen tussen de 60 en 98 jaar oud met een verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperking wonend in het centrum van Delft. Wij zijn erg gesteld op rust, warmte en aandacht. We genieten van gezelligheid, humor en kletspraatjes. Onze mobiliteit varieert: sommigen lopen zelfstandig, anderen gebruiken een rollator of soms een rolstoel. Wij kijken graag samen met jou naar wat wij nog zelfstandig kunnen en waar we ondersteuning bij nodig hebben. Jouw baan als Begeleider / Verzorgende Ouderen Jouw baan als begeleider/verzorgende is zeer betekenisvol. Je de bewoners een zo comfortabel mogelijk leven op hun oude dag. Daarnaast ondersteun en begeleid je hun bij de persoonlijke verzorging of neem je dit volledig over. Je begeleidt cliënten volgens afspraken uit het zorgplan, rapporteert zorgvuldig alle relevante informatie en onderhoudt nauw contact met collega's over lopende zaken. Dankzij de afwisselende zorg- en begeleidingsvragen is jouw werkdag geen dag hetzelfde. Jouw profiel Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde opleiding op mbo2 niveau en zorgt voor een warme, gestructureerde en gezellige sfeer waar cliënten zichzelf kunnen zijn. Persoonlijke zorg: Je biedt maatwerk in dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding, afgestemd op de unieke behoeften van cliënten. Teamwork en individuele taken: je geniet van teamwork, maar kan ook uitblinken in zelfstandig werken en taken op je nemen. Je bent bereid om dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten te werken en eventueel ook nachtdiensten.

Wat krijg je van ons Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg tussen 16 en 32 uur per week Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.384 en € 3.708 op basis van 36 uur, conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FWG25/30/35 Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
