Over de functie Als VIC-begeleider begeleid je cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking die intensieve ondersteuning nodig hebben vanwege complex gedrag. Je biedt houvast, duidelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht, en weet goed aan te voelen wanneer iemand grenzen of juist extra nabijheid nodig heeft. Door jouw kalme en zorgzame benadering ontstaat een veilige sfeer waarin cliënten zich kunnen ontwikkelen en meer vertrouwen opbouwen. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je werkt op een VIC-groep (Veiligheid, Intensieve begeleiding en Complex gedrag) in Ermelo , waar cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking wonen die gebaat zijn bij extra begeleiding en voorspelbaarheid. De locatie biedt een rustige, veilige sfeer met duidelijke kaders en aandacht voor vertrouwen en persoonlijke groei. Samen met je collega's bied je houvast en structuur, zodat cliënten zich op hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen en meer grip krijgen op hun dagelijks leven.
