Begeleider Volwassenen Niveau 3 Koninklijke Visio Functie omschrijving In deze functie brengt elke dag nieuwe uitdagingen, bijzondere momenten en waardevolle contacten. Op onze woonlocatie in Huizen bied je begeleiding, ondersteuning en persoonlijke aandacht, zodat onze bewoners met een visuele en verstandelijke beperking zo zelfstandig en prettig mogelijk kunnen wonen en leven. Dit ga je doen Je werkt in een gezellig zorgteam van ongeveer 15 collega's. Samen zorgen jullie voor een veilige en fijne woonomgeving voor de cliënten. Er zijn altijd een aantal bewoners aanwezig op de woonlocatie. Ook gaan er bewoners naar de dagbesteding. Je werkt in dagdienst zelfstandig. In de avond werk je samen met drie of vier collega's. Als begeleider draai je ook slaapdiensten, doorgaans maximaal 2 per week. Zo zorg je samen met je collega's voor continuïteit en een vertrouwde omgeving voor de cliënten. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Begeleiden van volwassen cliënten met een visuele én verstandelijke beperking. Sommige cliënten hebben ook een lichte lichamelijke beperking. - Helpen bij de dagelijkse verzorging (ADL-ondersteuning), wanneer dit nodig of gewenst is. - Zorgen voor een fijne en rustige woonomgeving, met veel aandacht voor structuur, veiligheid en het stimuleren van zelfstandigheid. - Observeren van cliënten en signaleren van veranderingen of knelpunten. - Rapporteren in het cliëntdossier en uitvoeren van het cliëntplan. - Werken met de Triple-C methode. Ben je hier nog niet bekend mee, dan leren wij je deze methodiek aan voor professionele cliëntbegeleiding binnen de gehandicaptenzorg. Dit ben jij Samen met een collega begeleider, zorgen jullie voor een warme, veilige en prettige woonomgeving, waarin de bewoners de beste zorg en begeleiding krijgen.
