Op De Blauwe Kamer in Breda ondersteun je cliënten binnen verschillende woongroepen. Je werkt in een betrokken team en draagt iedere dag bij aan een veilige, stabiele en fijne leefomgeving. Dit ga je doen Als begeleider Wonen & Dagbesteding bied je ondersteuning aan volwassenen met een visuele en verstandelijke beperking. De zorgvraag verschilt per cliënt. Sommige cliënten hebben intensieve begeleiding nodig bij de dagelijkse verzorging, terwijl anderen vooral ondersteuning nodig hebben bij structuur, gedrag en participatie. Samen met collega's, verwanten en andere disciplines werk je aan een zo prettig mogelijk leven voor de cliënt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging en ADL-zorg - Begeleiden van cliënten tijdens dagelijkse routines en activiteiten - Bieden van rust, structuur en duidelijkheid - Signaleren van gedrag, behoeften en veranderingen in welzijn - Werken volgens zorg- en ondersteuningsplannen - Stimuleren van ontwikkeling, zelfstandigheid en eigen regie - Ondersteunen bij sociale en recreatieve activiteiten - Samenwerken met collega's, verwanten en behandelaren Geen dag is hetzelfde.
