The posting

Herzele is een boeiende gemeente van meer dan 19.000 inwoners in de regio Vlaamse Ardennen. Het is er goed om te leven, te wonen en te werken. Meer dan 400 medewerkers zijn elke dag in de weer om de brede waaier van producten aan te bieden. De organisatie heeft zich in de voorbije jaren sterk ontwikkeld, zowel voor de kerntaken zoals bestuur en veiligheid, maar ook op het vlak van vrije tijd en sociale dienstverlening. Herzele heeft alles in huis om een goede woongemeente te zijn voor iedereen van jong tot oud, maar ook om een goede werkgever te zijn waar jij je talenten kunt ontwikkelen. Om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te blijven waarborgen, is het woonzorgcentrum Ter Leen op zoek naar een begeleider wonen en leven die voltijds (38u) aan de slag kan voor onbepaalde duur.

  • Houder zijn van één van volgende diploma’s of een daarmee gelijkgesteld diploma: Een diploma secundair onderwijs, uitgereikt in het algemeen secundair onderwijs, het kunst secundair onderwijs of het technisch secundair onderwijs, of gelijkwaardig; Een diploma van secundair onderwijs, uitgereikt in het 7de specialisatiejaar van het beroepssecundair onderwijs, hetzij in de studierichting "kinderzorg" hetzij in de studierichting "thuis- en bejaardenzorg", of gelijkwaardig; Een certificaat (modulaire opleiding) of een getuigschrift (lineaire opleiding) van de opleiding "begeleider-animator voor bejaarden" behaald in het studiegebied 'personenzorg' in het kader van het volwassenenonderwijs; Voor medewerkers die vóór 01 januari 2004 tewerkgesteld waren in een woonzorgcentrum in de functie van deskundige in animatie en activatie: Een bekwaamheidsattest van het door de minister erkend specifieke modulair vormingspakket van 96 uren.
