Begeleider Zorg Apeldoorn - Apeldoorn - Meerdere doelgroepen - MBO 3, MBO 4 - Fulltime/Partime Als Begeleider Zorg Apeldoorn werk je met cliënten binnen de gehandicaptenzorg die intensieve zorg en/of intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben. Je werkt via toCare bij verschillende zorgorganisaties en locaties in de regio. Iedere locatie heeft een eigen doelgroep, zorgvraag en manier van werken. - Op de ene locatie ligt de nadruk op intensieve begeleiding, structuur, nabijheid en het begrijpen van gedrag. - Op een andere locatie combineer je begeleiding met ADL, persoonlijke verzorging en intensieve dagelijkse zorg. Jij brengt rust, observeert goed en herkent wat een cliënt nodig heeft om zich zo veilig en prettig mogelijk te voelen. Waarom werken als Begeleider Zorg Apeldoorn bij toCare?
