Begeleider Zorg Tiel - Tiel - Meerdere doelgroepen - MBO 3, MBO 4 - Fulltime/Partime Als Begeleider Zorg Tiel werk je in de regio met cliënten binnen de gehandicaptenzorg die intensieve begeleiding én ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse zorg nodig hebben. De zorgvragen verschillen per locatie. Misschien ligt jouw kracht bij het begeleiden van cliënten met complexe gedrags- of psychiatrische problematiek. Of voel jij je juist prettig in een functie waarin intensieve begeleiding wordt gecombineerd met persoonlijke verzorging en ADL. Daarnaast speelt gedrag een belangrijke rol in je werk. Je observeert de lichamelijke en psychische toestand van cliënten, herkent veranderingen en spanningsopbouw en probeert te begrijpen wat er achter gedrag zit. Je weet wanneer een cliënt behoefte heeft aan nabijheid, duidelijke grenzen en structuur, maar ook wanneer je juist ruimte kunt geven. Als Begeleider Zorg ben je veel meer dan alleen een helpende hand bij de persoonlijke verzorging. Je biedt begeleiding, structuur en nabijheid en draagt bij aan rust, voorspelbaarheid en een leefomgeving waarin de cliënt zich zo veilig mogelijk kan voelen. Waar nodig werk je met hulpmiddelen, zoals tilliften. Verpleegtechnische handelingen en het gebruik van hulpmiddelen voer je uit wanneer je hiervoor bevoegd en bekwaam bent.
