Schrijf jij mee aan ons verhaal bij onze besloten volwassenwerking Limes of Origo? Daar kijken onze collega’s en onze bewoners uit naar een gedreven persoon die enthousiast onze cliënten mee begeleidt en ondersteunt.

Origo biedt ondersteuning aan volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking met gedrags- en/of emotionele problemen. Origo is een besloten werking dat zich ook richt op cliënten die nood hebben aan een ASS aanpak en waarbij er sprake kan zijn van acting-out. Ze kunnen ook moeilijk of niet in groep functioneren. Origo biedt zorg op maat van de cliënt op vlak van woon- en dagondersteuning. Origo heeft twee groepen van 5 cliënten.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Je begeleidt de cliënten op maat. Samen met de cliënt zet je stappen in het omgaan met vrijheden, verantwoordelijkheden en moeilijke momenten
  • Je past de principes van geweldloos verzet, kwaliteit van bestaan en SEO toe in je dagelijkse begeleiding
  • Leefregels en (groeps)afspraken zijn een hoeksteen van de dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt voor verduidelijking en naleving
  • Binnen de woonomgeving ondersteun je de daginvulling van cliënten
  • Je neemt (deel)taken van het team op en handelt steeds vanuit de teamvisie
  • Je hebt een diploma jeugd-en gehandicaptenzorg, ergotherapie, maatschappelijk werk of een andere sociaal-agogische richting telkens met relevante ervaring of een diploma graduaat of bachelor orthopedagogie op zak
  • Ervaring met de doelgroep is mooi meegenomen, maar alles is te leren
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinu systeem met een voorspelbaar uurrooster
