Er wordt gewerkt rond een duidelijke visie met als belangrijkste pijlers: voeding, pedagogische benadering, openheid en het gebruik van no-nonsense producten.

Heb jij kennis van gezonde en evenwichtige voeding? Sta je open om 1001 dingen bij te leren tijdens het werk? Draag je waarden en normen hoog in het vaandel? Dan ben jij misschien die ene persoon die de puzzel compleet kan maken :)

Naast de verzorgende taken, sta je ook in voor het bereiden van verse maaltijden en gezonde tussendoortjes.

Je hebt ogen in je achterhoofd en kan – ook in drukke situaties – multitasken als een duizendpoot. Baby’s en peuters doen je hart lachen en jij voelt deze kleine wezentjes ook goed aan. Je kan activiteiten leiden, maar ook gewoon meespelen in kinderen hun spel… eigenlijk ben je een kind in volwassenenlichaam… daar komt het op neer…
