Jeugdzorg Emmaüs is een dynamisch team dat elkaar ondersteunt en uitdaagt om het beste uit onszelf te halen. We streven naar een cultuur die zich kenmerkt door reflexiviteit en transparantie, waarin iedereen zichzelf mag zijn.

Begeleidingshuis Hakatoo heeft een team van 11 medewerkers. We voorzien residentiële begeleiding voor 6 kinderen (3-12 jaar) met een complexe problematiek die (tijdelijk) niet thuis kunnen wonen. We werken hierbij intensief samen met ouders en het betrokken netwerk.

Jouw functie als teamcoördinator en pyscholoog

Het takenpakket van teamcoördinator omvat:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud, het aansturen en de opvolging van de begeleidingsprocessen.
  • Je leidt de teamvergaderingen.
  • Je bewaakt de samenwerking tussen de verschillende functiegroepen (hoofd-, context-, individuele en nachtbegeleiders).
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende facetten van het personeelsbeleid. Ondersteund door de hoofdbegeleider, informeer, begeleid, stuur en motiveer je medewerkers in hun individuele ontwikkeling en samenwerking. Je volgt competenties van medewerkers op en bespreekt opleidingsmogelijkheden.
  • Je draagt bij aan de vertaling van de organisatiestrategie, visie en waarden naar operationele doelstellingen binnen je afdeling.
  • Je streeft naar een positieve samenwerking met de andere afdelingen van Jeugdzorg Emmaüs.

Het takenpakket van psycholoog omvat:

  • Je doet aan procesdiagnostiek i.f.v. de betekenis achter gedrag en ontwikkeling.
  • Je vertaalt observaties in mogelijke hypothesen en toetst deze af in samenwerking met het team, kinderen en ouders. Je vertaalt dit proces in concrete handvatten.
  • Je neemt deel aan intern en extern casusoverleg wanneer dit aangewezen is.

  • Master in de psychologie.
  • Kennis en ervaring om te kijken naar patronen achter het gedrag.
  • Goede kennis van Handelingsgerichte Diagnostiek.
  • Je beschikt over kennis en ervaring met verschillende hulpverleningskaders en evidence based methodieken (in combinatie met practice based kennis).
  • Je bent een gedreven teamspeler die gelooft in de gelijkwaardigheid van verschillende expertisevormen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met teamdynamisch werken. Je hebt inzicht in welke processen er zich in groep kunnen afspelen en hoe je die kunt beïnvloeden.
  • Sterk organisatievermogen.
  • Zelfstandigheid in het uitvoeren en plannen van opdrachten.
  • Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met visie en overtuigingskracht, in staat een team te enthousiasmeren en motiveren.
