Jouw rol als Beginnend Assistent Accountant Samenstelpraktijk Als Beginnend Assistent Accountant in de samenstelpraktijk krijg je een uniek kijkje achter de schermen bij het (groot) MKB. Je houdt je bezig met het analyseren van financiële gegevens en ondersteunt het samenstelteam bij hun werkzaamheden. Vanaf dag één werk je rechtstreeks voor klanten en ben je een aanspreekpunt voor hen. Je krijgt veel persoonlijke begeleiding van ervaren collega's, maar ook de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, eigen initiatief te tonen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen, het verzorgen van administratieve dienstverlening en het opstellen van aangiften omzetbelasting. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met automatisering en ben je geïnteresseerd in nieuwe ICT-ontwikkelingen en toepassingen. De focus ligt altijd op de zakelijke belangen van de cliënt en de kwaliteit van het werk. Deze functie biedt volop doorgroeimogelijkheden: je bouwt aan je vakkennis, werkt aan je carrièreplanning en ontwikkelt je stap voor stap verder binnen de accountancy. Waarom kiezen voor Kaap Hoorn?
