Je analyseert bouwtekeningen en projectinformatie en vertaalt deze naar begrotingen en calculaties. Daarbij vraag je offertes aan bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en verwerk je deze in de kostprijsopbouw. Je houdt rekening met materiaalkeuzes, werkmethodieken en actuele marktprijzen. De projecten variëren van luxe woningbouw tot bedrijfsunits en uitbreidingen van bestaande bouw. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren calculator die je begeleidt en stap voor stap meeneemt in het volledige calculatieproces. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Een goede start voor iemand die leergierig is, nauwkeurig werkt en zich wil ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig calculator binnen de bouw.
