Wir suchen ab 01.10.2026 im Ausmaß von 30 Wochenstunden in Knittelfeld eine*n 1 Begleiter*in im Wohnverbund im Rahmen eines Individualkonzeptes

Das Aufgabenfeld: Individuell und persönlich

* Du bist Individualbetreuer*in für eine Kundin im Wohnverbund.

* Du unterstützt sie dabei, ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben zu führen.

* Am Willen der Person orientiert: die Begleitung bei der Haushaltsführung, Freizeitgestaltung Pflege und im Sozialraum erfolgt nach den Bedürfnissen der Kundin.

* Worauf kommt es besonders an? Du nimmst eine ressourcenorientierte Haltung ein und arbeitest personenzentriert, um die Lebensqualität und persönliche Entwicklung der Kundin zu fördern.

Dein Profil? Fachlich kompetent und an den Stärken des Menschen orientiert

* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene psychosoziale Ausbildung mit: (Diplom-) Fachsozialbetreuer*in Behindertenarbeit oder Behindertenbegleitung; Studium Pädagogik oder Psychologie oder Soziale Arbeit; Kolleg Sozialpädagogik; Pflichtschullehramt; Pflege(fach)assistent*in oder DGKP.

* Du bringst die Weiterbildung "Sozialpsychiatrischer Grundkurs" mit oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren.

* Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit psychiatrischen Diagnosen bei Kund*innen.

* Du bist Netzwerker*in und förderst Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation im Team sowie im sozialen Umfeld der Kundin.

* Das zeichnet dich aus: soziale Kompetenz, Reflexionsfähigkeit, personenzentrierte Haltung, werteorientiertes Handeln und Lust auf Neues.
