Groei jij met ons mee? Dit ga je doen Als Begraafplaatsbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van de begraafplaats en het begeleiden van uitvaarten. Hierbij kun je denken aan: - Het begeleiden van uitvaarten en het ondersteunen van nabestaanden tijdens het afscheid op de begraafplaats; - Het samen met nabestaanden uitzoeken en vastleggen van een grafplek; - Het aansturen en coördineren van een team begraafplaatsmedewerkers; - Zorgdragen voor een nette en respectvolle omgeving op de begraafplaats; - Periodieke overleggen bijwonen met de gemeente; - Contact onderhouden met uitvaartondernemers en andere betrokken partijen. Dit bieden we jou Wij zijn aangesloten bij de CAO Hoveniersbedrijf en bieden jou: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3.026,88 en €3.510,99 op basis van 37 uur; - Een jaarcontract met zicht op vast; - Een reiskostenvergoeding, 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenregeling via BPL pensioen; - Borrels, personeelsuitjes en een prettige werksfeer; - Mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en trainingen.
