- Jouw profiel Fulltime Behandelaar bij Belastingdienst in Den Haag Als fulltime Behandelaar bij de Belastingdienst in Den Haag ga je complexe dossiers behandelen binnen het project Mijn Herstel. Solliciteer direct! Wat ga je doen? De directie Buitengewone Zaken Blauw (BZB) is een speciaal organisatieonderdeel binnen de Belastingdienst. BZB voert complexe, politiek urgente herstelopdrachten uit voor burgers die geraakt zijn door fouten van de overheid. Binnen deze directie staat het project 'Mijn Herstel' centraal: de aanvullende schadevergoeding voor slachtoffers van de problemen met de kinderopvangtoeslag. Ieder herstelproces verloopt financieel én emotioneel anders. Als Behandelaar Mijn Herstel werk je gelijktijdig aan meerdere complexe dossiers. Je begeleidt de ouder in het proces, zonder de verantwoordelijkheid voor het schadeverhaal over te nemen. Jouw dagen zijn uitdagend en inhoudelijk zwaarwegend: - Toetsen & Analyseren: Je analyseert schadeverhalen en bewijsstukken op relevantie, volledigheid en aannemelijkheid. Je toetst deze onafhankelijk aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Onderzoek & Contact: Ontbreken er stukken of is nadere onderbouwing nodig? Dan doe je gericht navraag bij de ouders of hun gemachtigden. Je voert inhoudelijke, soms emotionele gesprekken ter verificatie van feiten. - Dossiervorming & VSO: Je legt jouw bevindingen en afwegingen scherp vast in navolgbare beoordelingsdocumenten. Uiteindelijk stel je de (concept) vaststellingsovereenkomst (VSO) op en onderbouw je deze richting de besluitvorming. - Bewaking & Kwaliteit: Je bewaakt de voortgang en termijnen van jouw eigen dossierportefeuille. Je signaleert structurele knelpunten in het beleid en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van de beoordelingsprocessen. Wie zoeken wij?
