The posting

Wij zoeken Zorgeloosch is op zoek naar medewerkers voor ons Klant Contact Centrum (KCC), gevestigd in Ridderkerk. Het is echt teamwork bij het KCC. Je werkt in een gezellig team, van ca. 10 (parttime) collega's. Tijdens je dienst werk je meestal met 2 of 3 andere collega's samen. Dit maakt elke dag weer anders! Wat je doet Op het KCC ben jij de eerste medewerker van Zorgeloosch die de klant te spreken krijgt. Dit eerste gesprek is voor onze klanten vaak een beladen gesprek, omdat dit mogelijk de start betekent van hun scheidingsproces. Jij weet als geen ander dat dit grote gevolgen voor de klant heeft op juridisch, financieel en vooral ook emotioneel vlak. Het is dan ook belangrijk dat je de klant begripvol te woord staat, maar vooral ook een gevoel weet te geven dat hij/zij bij Zorgeloosch in goede handen is. Dit doe je door op een gepaste, positieve, maar ook realistische manier uit te leggen hoe wij de klant op een unieke wijze kunnen helpen met hun scheiding. Ons uitgangspunt is dat we op een constructieve manier, duurzame afspraken maken, met oog voor de toekomst van beide partners (en hun kinderen). Na een goed gesprek met de klant, kan je hen verder helpen door een kennismakingsafspraak voor ze te plannen met onze scheidingsbemiddelaars, financieel adviseurs of andere scheidingsspecialisten. Je zult dan ook vooral bezig zijn met: • Onze klanten telefonisch te woord staan, zowel inkomend als uitgaand • Afhandelen van e-mails, chats en WhatsApp-berichten • Efficiënte planning van afspraken bij onze bemiddelaars en adviseurs, rekening houdend met ieders agenda • Lichte administratieve taken, zoals klantdossiers aanmaken en up-to-date houden Wij vragen • Je hebt ervaring met telefonisch klantcontact; • Ervaring bij een callcenter of klantenserviceafdeling is een pre; • Je beschikt over minimaal mbo4 of hbo werk- en denkniveau; • Affiniteit met financiële en/of juridische zaken is een pre; • Je hebt een resultaatgericht...
