Als Beheer & Security Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de beveiliging en de verdere ontwikkeling van de IT-omgevingen van onze klanten. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor complexe vraagstukken, ondersteunt collega's bij 2e-lijns incidenten en helpt klanten hun IT-omgeving veilig, stabiel en toekomstbestendig te houden. Je werkt dagelijks met Microsoft 365, Azure, Sophos, Kaseya en Autotask. Met behulp van het geïntegreerde Kaseya-platform beheer, automatiseer en beveilig je moderne IT-omgevingen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening door automatisering, standaardisatie en nieuwe technologieën zoals AI praktisch toe te passen. Wat breng je mee? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting ICT, Cloud of Cyber Security. - Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID en Intune. - Kennis van cybersecurity, identity management en endpointbeheer. - Ervaring met Windows Server en hybride IT-omgevingen. - Een proactieve, zelfstandige en klantgerichte instelling. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de bereidheid collega's verder te helpen. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren, monitoren en optimaliseren van Microsoft 365-, Azure-, hybride en on-premises IT-omgevingen. - Inrichten en verbeteren van security-oplossingen voor cloud, endpoints, netwerken en e-mail. - Beheren van domeinen, e-maildiensten, back-up- en hersteloplossingen. - Ondersteunen van collega's bij complexe technische vraagstukken en 2e-lijns incidenten. - Beheren en doorontwikkelen van Autotask PSA en bijbehorende automatiseringen. - Signaleren van risico's, kwetsbaarheden en...
