Als Beheer Technicus ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van installaties bij diverse klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat verwarmings-, ventilatie-, koeling- en verlichtingssystemen optimaal blijven functioneren. Jouw werk draait om preventief en correctief onderhoud, storingsbeheer en het adviseren van klanten over verbeteringen en optimalisaties. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten op technisch gebied en werkt nauw samen met monteurs, projectleiders en externe partijen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het signaleren van kansen voor verduurzaming en innovatie binnen bestaande installaties. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere: - Het uitvoeren van inspecties en technische audits bij klanten; - Het plannen en coördineren van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden; - Het analyseren van storingen en het begeleiden van monteurs bij complexe reparaties; - Het adviseren van klanten over energiebesparing, duurzaamheid en systeemoptimalisatie; - Het beheren van technische documentatie, onderhoudscontracten en rapportages; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en fabrikanten voor onderdelen en updates; - Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en het uitwerken van technische voorstellen; - Het bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling Technisch Beheer.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd in samenwerking met een hecht team van vakspecialisten. De functie biedt volop afwisseling: de ene dag ben je op locatie bij een klant, de andere dag werk je aan planningen, rapportages of technische analyses. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn er volop. Denk aan het verder specialiseren in duurzame technieken zoals warmtepompen en zonnepanelen, of doorgroeien naar een rol als coördinator of adviseur binnen de organisatie.
