- Realisatie Functieomschrijving Als beheerder en toezichthouder zorg jij ervoor dat de openbare ruimte in Waterland veilig, functioneel en goed onderhouden blijft. Je houdt toezicht op wegen, openbare verlichting en kabels en leidingen. Je ziet wat er buiten gebeurt, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed worden uitgevoerd. Je combineert techniek, toezicht en beheer. De ene dag behandel je meldingen van inwoners, de andere dag controleer je graafwerkzaamheden of werk je beheerinformatie bij. Zo lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan een prettige en veilige leefomgeving voor inwoners, ondernemers en bezoekers van Waterland. Jouw rol binnen de afdeling Je werkt binnen team Beheer Openbare Ruimte en Accommodaties van de afdeling Realisatie. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer veertien collega's die samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor de openbare ruimte in Waterland. Denk aan wegen, riolering, civiele kunstwerken, openbaar groen, speelplaatsen, verkeerszaken, openbare verlichting en wegmeubilair. In deze functie ligt jouw focus op wegen, openbare verlichting en kabels en leidingen. Je werkt nauw samen met beheerders, werkvoorbereiders en vakspecialisten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, uitgevoerd en vastgelegd. Je bent veel buiten te vinden. Je houdt toezicht op werkzaamheden, controleert de kwaliteit van het werk en bent een aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, inwoners en collega's. Tegelijkertijd zorg je ervoor dat gegevens in de beheersystemen actueel en betrouwbaar blijven.
