Press enter to begin your search Beheerder/Beheerders echtpaar Biodynamische boerderij & paardenbedrijf - wonen op locatie Wonen en werken op een unieke plek in Zeewolde Stel je voor: je woont midden op een biodynamische boerderij, tussen de paarden, koeien, akkers en natuurgebieden. Je begint je dag met een ronde over het erf, houdt toezicht op het terrein. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, weet wat er speelt en bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt wanneer dat nodig is. Voor De Zonnehoeve in Zeewolde zoeken wij een beheerder die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het dagelijkse beheer van ons erf, onze paardenaccommodatie en de omgeving waarin mens, dier en natuur samenkomen. Wie zijn wij? De Zonnehoeve is een veelzijdig biodynamisch landbouwbedrijf waar akkerbouw, veehouderij, paardenhouderij en natuurbeheer hand in hand gaan. Op ons bedrijf bevinden zich onder andere een manege, een pensionstalling met circa 50 paarden, een fokkerij, rundveehouderij, akkerbouw en natuurgebieden waar dieren vrij kunnen grazen. Wij werken vanuit de principes van de biodynamische landbouw en streven naar een gezonde balans tussen landbouw, natuur en dierenwelzijn. Wat ga je doen? Als beheerder ben jij de ogen en oren van het terrein. Je zorgt ervoor dat het erf verzorgd, veilig en functioneel blijft en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt wanneer collega's niet aanwezig zijn. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijks toezicht houden op het terrein; - Onderhouden van erf, groenvoorzieningen en afrasteringen; - Uitvoeren van klein technisch onderhoud; - Bedienen van machines en hulpmaterieel; - Signaleren en oplossen van praktische problemen; - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor pensionklanten, bezoekers en leveranciers; - Ondersteunen bij de opvang van dierenarts, hoefsmid en andere specialisten; - Assisteren bij calamiteiten rondom paarden of andere dieren; - Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid op het bedrijf; - Beschikbaar zijn...
