Gemeenschapscentrum De Zaal is het bruisende hart van Stramproy. Hier komen verenigingen, stichtingen en dorpsgenoten samen voor vergaderingen, activiteiten, evenementen en ontmoetingen. Om deze belangrijke maatschappelijke functie te blijven vervullen, zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken en gastvrije beheerder of beheerderskoppel die het dagelijkse beheer van ons gemeenschapscentrum op zich wil nemen. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een koppel , zodat er snel en gemakkelijk ondersteuning kan worden geboden tijdens drukke momenten en er vervanging is bij vakantie of ziekte. Uiteraard nodigen wij ook individuele kandidaten van harte uit om te reageren . Ben jij praktisch ingesteld, houd je van contact met mensen en vind je het leuk om een centrale rol te spelen binnen een hechte gemeenschap? Dan maken wij graag kennis met je. Wat zijn de taken? Als beheerders zijn jullie samen verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van Gemeenschapscentrum De Zaal. Jullie zorgen ervoor dat bezoekers zich welkom voelen en dat het gebouw schoon, veilig en goed georganiseerd blijft. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het maken van afspraken en planningen met huurders en gebruikers van het centrum. - Het ontvangen en te woord staan van bezoekers, verenigingen en vrijwilligers. - Het ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van activiteiten en evenementen. - Het aanwezig zijn tijdens avonduren wanneer activiteiten plaatsvinden en toezicht gewenst is. - Het uitvoeren van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden om het gebouw netjes en representatief te houden. - Het verrichten van klein ond...
