Jouw rol als Beheerder

Als Property Manager bij Fidimco ben jij de spil in het beheer van onze vastgoedportefeuille.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratief, financieel, juridisch en technisch beheer van onze panden.

Samen met een team van experts ondersteun je onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Algemene Vergaderingen: Je organiseert en leidt jaarlijkse Algemene Vergaderingen en zorgt ervoor dat de genomen beslissingen professioneel worden uitgevoerd.
  • Klantrelaties: Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met mede-eigenaars en leveranciers, en bouwt sterke relaties op.
  • Financieel beheer: Je bewaakt en beheert de financiële situatie van de gebouwen.
  • Technisch beheer: Je coördineert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken in samenwerking met leveranciers.
  • Administratief beheer: Je zorgt voor een efficiënte administratieve opvolging en communicatie met relevante instanties.
