Beheerder Civiel Technische Kunstwerken Categorieën - schaal 10 - 32 - 36 uur Binnen de eenheid Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling werk je in het team Assetmanagement aan het dagelijks én planmatig beheer van civieltechnische kunstwerken en speellocaties. Je houdt het areaal op orde, maakt onderhouds- en vervangingsplannen en zorgt dat beheer aansluit op gemeentelijke beleidskaders en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen. Daarbij heb je oog voor duurzaamheid, circulariteit, klimaatadaptatie en digitalisering. Je schakelt veel met collega-beheerders, beleidsmedewerkers, projectleiders, aannemers en serviceproviders. Je stelt bestekken op, beoordeelt de kwaliteit van werkzaamheden, bewaakt budgetten en verwerkt wijzigingen in het beheerprogramma iAsset. Ook adviseer je bij ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en initiatieven en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van processen binnen de hele buitenruimteketen. Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van waarde(n)gestuurd assetmanagement. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een team van ongeveer 25 collega's binnen Assetmanagement. Samen werken jullie aan het onderhoud, beheer en de toekomst van de openbare ruimte in Nissewaard. Wat doe je - Beheer en verbeter de kwaliteit van civieltechnische kunstwerken en speellocaties en zorg voor een veilige en toekomstbestendige openbare ruimte. - Voer dagelijks en planmatig beheer uit, waaronder inspecties, onderhoudsplanning en het voorbereiden van vervangingsopgaven. - Beheer en actualiseer het areaal en de bijbehorende gegevens in het beheerprogramma iAsset. - Ontwikkel en implementeer waarde(n)gestuurd beheer en vertaal dit naar concrete beheermaatregelen. - Stuur aannemers en andere uitvoerende partijen aan, stel bestekken op en bewaak de kwaliteit, planning en het beschikbare budget. - Adviseer bij ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en initiatieven over de gevolgen voor het beheer en de toekomstbestendigheid van de openbar...
